Today I tried to do some marking of some text. I set the speed for 250mm/s and yet it still moved very slowly. I set the current to 3.1 and it did cut through some cereal paclet well bit I was expecting a better result in terms of speed.
The software is produced by www.jclingke.com but there is no help etc on their website and they have not responded to my emails!
I have looked at videos on Youtube and I have seen the laser moving rapidly when marking but my machine just moves very slowly.
I have looked in the settings screens and there is nothing obvious. I am determined to get this sorted but so far it is very frustrating!
